1. Use of Service

GOK GOK GOK is provided "as is" and "as available" for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any portion of the app or branding without express written permission from Genzee.

2. Features & User Conduct

The app offers interactive sound playback, real-time pitch & speed adjustments (0.5x to 2.0x), haptic vibration profiles, full screen mode, and shortcut widgets. You agree to use the application responsibly and avoid triggering loud audio in restricted public environments.

3. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, custom designs, sound assets, code, and trademarks associated with GOK GOK GOK remain the exclusive property of Genzee.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Genzee be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app or website.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Content

The app contains advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including rewarded ads that allow temporary ad removal during an active session.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
